Weezer Blue Album Remasterd on Vinyl: Good?

The original Weezer album, the blue album, has been rereleased on vinyl and supposedly it sounds cleaner than any other version out there (well, they wouldn't exactly say otherwise, would they?).

Has anyone heard it? I don't have a record player, but would consider purchasing one and connecting it to my speakers if this vinyl reissue truly was a quality remaster and not just "made for loudness" on vinyl.

As I remember, the BTB vinyls were mostly CD transfers to winyl medium. So all you got were CD masters with clicks and pops I slso remember reading somewhere that the only one analog sourced and mastered for BTB was Hendrix' Electric Laydyland. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Back to the Weezer, IMHO the new Pinkerton remaster is awful.
