Great Limiter?

Guys- I need a recommendation for a great limiter .dll plug that comes delivered in a zip file....I bought the Kratos Maximizer & i loved it, but when my computer crashed, I could NOT reinstall it again despite the seller's assistance....so, which great one has no stupid codes or dongles attached to it?

To me Kratos maximizer sounded awful and distorted VERY fast!

Try this: TB Barricade

cheap and very good sounding + very flexible!

No dongles OR authorisation codes?

A freeware one then I guess...

Try Limiter.6 by Vlad G

Limiter ?6

Is it the best? I don't know...
Is it very effective for free and needs no dongles or codes? Yes

Is the "limiter6" dubbed "Molot?" if so, I have it & it IS very good.....but still think the Kuassa Kratos limiter is best....If I could only download it again!

Yes! Thanks much. It dowloaded in my Samplitude VSTs in 1/2 a second....those who sell plugs think they are smart w/these stupid dongles and keys that are almost impossible to dowload...hope they realize they are loosing business.....I will never buy another plugin I can't just pay for up front & simply receive a .dll file in a zip folder....way too much trouble to do all that procedure to authorize them after you have already paid!

+1
And quality of plugins from small developers are just about the same now as from big brothers. And again it will be too late when big brosers realize their faults here.
Limiter No.6 is just amazing. And other small developers are just great - TB, Airwindows, DDMF, SKnote - we have a pretty nice evolution on the market.

Elephant is all I have ever needed, but god you need a degree in Voxengo studies to know what everything does, he doesn't leave any variables out does he?

I just go w/the presets & tweak them a bit.......works fine. Still think that the Kratos Limiter is better, but you need a degree to install the plugin!

Ineresting Story on Plugins

As you know, I have been going through hell trying to reinstall the Kratos Limiter plug I bought from Kuassa. We went back & forth on "instructions" on how to do it & put the license on the plugin interface.....nothing worked mainly because I'm not a computer-savy guy ( as most older musicians are...). Finally, after I was fuming & more than a week later, Grahadea Kusuff of Kuassa sent me a zip folder w/the .dll and license pre-installed......I installed it in a nanosecond......now, I appreciate them working w/me...but, why couldn't they have done that initially...before I went into nasty frustration? A word to plugin sellers....there are many easy to install free plugins & no one is going to pay money to be frustrated & spend countless hours trying to figure out how to install your plugins. I for one, will not EVER buy another plugin that does not come in an easy to install zip folder.......
