K-system - Presonus Monitor station - Saffire 4 speakers

Hi

I have a confusion to calibrate to K-system .

This is my setup

Focusrite DSP "volume control full open to presonus monitor station" TRS to TRS Balanced from saffire to monitor station.
Presonus Monitor Station "metering set to -18dbfs"
Yamaha HS50 "flat Eq / +4dB" XLR Balanced
Event 20/20bas V3 "flat eq / Gain centered" XLR Balanced

Basic room treatment "auralex roominator pro plus" L: 4,80 Meters W: 3.75 Meters H: 3.00 Meters.

Now ... i have read that i have to calibrate the monitor station Meters in relation to the Audio card to obtain 0vu -18dbfs +4dbu... but i can't find what is the out in dbu or bdv for my saffire card :(. this is the user manual :

http://www.google.it/url?sa=t&rct=j&...qZ_35RvlvXsZiA

This is the manual for Presonus monitor station.

http://www.presonus.com/uploads/prod...sManual_EN.pdf

Anyone can help me to calibrate the Saffire with the monitor station meters ?.
Anyone can help me to calibrate to K-20 System both yamaha and event speakers ?.

i have a SPL RMS Metering APP for iPAD set to C, SLOW, Range 80

i hope that all my question are clear .

thanks.

Good thing you got it!,

How did you do? I was about to write some suggestions, but may not be necessary.

The K-system, in the words of its creator Bob Katz, is an integrated approach to measuring, monitoring, and practice setting levels.

Is well explained in his book Mastering Audio, the art and science. I recommend you read it. For me, it is my bible every day.

Basically gives guidelines on how to adjust the monitor level, and have a standardization among the various control rooms.

Many audio developers have included this standard on its meters.

I hope I explained well, my English is not very good.

regards,
