DSP Quattro DDP continuously fails MD5 check in DDP Player

subject says it all.. anyone else getting this? i can't get a DDP to export from DSP Quattro that doesn't fail the MD5 check using Sonoris DDP Player.

client needs his DDP! it's failing on his end, too.

anything i should look for that could be causing this?

if i load the DDP file into DDP PLayer and "check project".. it says no errors found. it's if i use the command "check MD5" in the TOOLS menu, it says "invalid MD5 File Format"

Some of my DDPs from DSP-Q was also uncergnized by Wave Editor (which can import DDPS) but in DDP Player it was OK. Still dont know whats going on.

The DDP Player doesn't check the MD5 file during the "Check Project" function. It only does this when selecting "Check MD5" in the Tools menu.

Send the MD5 file to me and I'll take a look.

Could you find a solution and fix it?

pieter from sonoris gave me a solution...

to open the MD5 file in a text editor and change all of the "- " to "*"

like this:

bb3772b4def8c71640838a07711a76c7 - AUDIO.DAT

change to

bb3772b4def8c71640838a07711a76c7 *AUDIO.DAT

(notice the space after the "-" and not after the "*")

this will make it pass the DDP Player MD5 check
