I have a Lavry DA10,Lavry Blue,UA 2192,and a Grace m903.I have also owned a Hedd 192 and Burl ADC/DAC.They all, except the Lavry Blue, have a distinguishable sound character. It may be minimal, but it is still there. You can get to know any of them and make them work for mixing or mastering by checking your mixes on multiple systems, then once you know them,no problem.
The Grace m903 is a very good converter to compare commercial releases against your mix, with a great headphone DAC also.

The Lavry Blue and the DA10 are very similar,I would say the Blue has a better low end. They are very transparent and have a great clock.I would describe them as having a more accurate high end than the other converters I mentioned, which is why I descibed them as not having a sound. The 2192 and DA10 are similar also, but the 2192 is a little furrier if you will. But I mix with the 2192 and check with the DA10 in my one room, and use the Blue alone in another.Right now I am using the m903 with my Klein and Hummel O300D's for mastering.I am getting a better representation of the low end with it and the masters are translating well.I haven't tried the Blue for mastering yet,but it would probably sound good.It also has more versatility in it's settings than the DA10.

Ciao Guys,
The unit arrived yesterday (here the lynx brand is not so quick to arrive ).
First test using:
1) Grado Labs SR225i on Hilo phone preamp
2) Sennheiser HD650 on Hilo phone preamp
3) T-amp on ESB 25 speakers
4) B&W 801 main speakers

The phone preamp is great, all the bass range runs free and without any dynamic bottle neck, all the high freq range runs smoothly even at high reproduction levels. It reminded me some Musical Fidelity x-can preamp. Given the fact that it costed me 2200 euros it is quite a bargain.

The monitoring on the t-amp little speakers is incredible too. All the bad sides of the D-class have gone, in the hi freq information everything is in the right place, in the bass region everything is balanced and dynamic, all the transient are rich and untouched.
On the B&W it is marvelous, I would describe it as big, smooth and powerful, without any harshness or smudging.

The only spot is related on the thing that Lynx is pushing as the revolutionary feature: the touchscreen.
It is not super precise, and not super responsive. It seems to be a previous-generation of touch screens, and even after the calibration there's often the "ok, I'll push it again" reaction.
But, it is really very useful for the meters and the routing, giving you the possibility to manage the unit easily.

now I'm trying to route the signals for the analog sum and the sidechains, around the studio, through the adat lightpipes. This thing is very flexible.

and metering everything is great!
I can meter the monitor output, then check the analog chain output, and together with with the analog chain return to check the gain staging, and then in one tap, switch between VU meter and Dorrough and keep loudness under control.
