Software just for compiling songs

Hi All

Just wanting a software program for my mac G5 PPC that I will use only to compile songs in order and adjust starting points. Must be suitable for pressing CD's from this master.

Any good recommendations. Songs will be already mastered.

Try "PEAK" or "WAVELAB" or if more reasonable "WAVE EDITOR"
Even "Toast" has many compiling option nowadays!

Wave Editor still has a bug with track positioning (e.g. when you move track, that ones after it don't move, so it's basically useless in terms of creating DDP)

I agree that wave editor is not so handy and not on my screen for compiling. But for Sample rate conversion! ;-)

I'm really happy with DDP creator. Didn't like Wavelab and Peak so much although they'll work..

Discontinued, but Wavebruner wasn't half bad for assembling/PQ coding..

If you find out that will be great.

I remember writing to them about year ago and they promised to fix it but 12 months and no updates...

For simple spacing, meta-data, fade and dither tasks WaveBurner is about as simple as it gets.
