Thread Starter | Anyone using an Inward connections TSL-4V?
A mixing friend just got one and sent me a mix using around 3db compression on the 2buss with it (and dry mix to compare) and on that particular mix it added real nice glue to the mix and bloom on the low end. I've only heard that unit on the one mix but sounded nice. I'm wondering if anyone using them for mastering and their thoughts?

Bump. So I'm the only mastering guy on GS thats heard one? Was thinking about getting a Vari mu of some type again, but maybe try this as it seemed to do the thicken and glue thing well. Maybe too colored? Thoughts? Anyone?

I've used the tsl 3, which is essentially the same circutry, on vocals, gtrs, drums and recently on mastering and found that it really does a nice thing to all program material....on the mix when mastering it really surprised me and I too hae not heard of anyone using it....I believe the tsl 4 has stepped pots, I would like that on mine for sure.
