Coding for CD Baby Question

Hi,
I have added ISRC codes to CDs before for friends who want to get their cd's replicated. However I have been asked to code an album but they want me to upload the wav files to the CD baby server. My question is how do I send a wav with the isrc embedded?..or does it not work like that? I guess the text won't display either as it's a wav and not a cd?
I'm using Wavelab5.
Many Thanks.

Hope I'm understanding the question. For each track you upload, and I think CDBbay requires you upload track by track, it will ask you if you would like them to assign an ISRC or do you have your own. Indicating you have your own prompts you to input it. Then done.
