Thread Starter | Loudness magically drops on export?
Hey guys. Mastering a cd love the mix and everything. Putting it through ozone 5 in sonar x1 getting cd volume i want. After exporting down to 16/44.1 with host dithering on (as recommended by setting in ozone) and burning a disk volume is about 8db lower. Driving me nuts..... is this a dithering setting in sonar somewhere? Ed |

Check your export settings, make sure all efx are checked and it is exporting exactly what your hear. There are a bunch of settings in the export menu in the old sonar, guessing it's the same with the new one? Good luck, john |

Check the output settings in the export window under Source Categories. There are options for track only, bus, main and entire mix. So make sure you have entire mix selected so that it is processing through all buses and mains that have FX on them.
