It's a single rackspace, 3 band, dual mono (aka stereo) device. I haven't used one, but I'd bet it's pretty similar to a 3-band solid-state NSEQ. A quick email to Fred would confirm this, and if it's indeed substantially similar to an NS, you'll also have a pretty good idea about the sound.
