SoundBlade with RME HDSPeAIO

sorry if this has been asked before. I am upgrading from Sonic HD to SoundBlade soon. I just wonder if it works well with RME HDSPeAIO. Please advise. I just need two channel AES I/O.

Thanks a lot.

It should work with any interface with a driver that can be selected from your Sound control panel. So if you can play iTunes through it, it will work with sB.

Soundblade is a step down from Sonic HD IMHO.

sB 1.3.5 works great here with the Lynx AES16e card on my Mac Pro.

Far more logical, less cluttered than WaveLab 7!

I guess you're just really used to using soundBlade.

WaveLab does take a bit of nailing and WL7 is a little weird to use even for me. (been using WL6 for a year and a half now)!

I still use sB for playback on a macpro via a Lynx AES 16.
Works great on that!

Yep, since you get good at whatever you use everyday, sB seems so easy to me, WL7 a pita.

I do like some of the features of WL though, despite it's dated cluttered interface.

Being a Mac DAW omnivore has it's moments :-)

I think they'll get WL7 a little better on the mac than it is right now?

I've kinda settled into the sB Pitcher and WL6 Catcher workflow and really like it a lot!
Also using Sonoris DDP Creator for burning.

All three apps are solid as a rock for what I'm using em for!
