CDDB - How long until info is "live"?

Last week I had a none computer savvy client mail me one of her replicated discs for me to submit the album info to the CDDB for her. I did so, through iTunes, like I have always done in the past. A week has gone by and the info is still not "live". I know the CDDB states album info is typically live in 2-3 days so I am a bit puzzled as it has been nearly a whole week. I'm not really sure what to do besides telling the client to be patient. I am confident the info will go "live" eventually but am wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience with submitted CDDB info not being active or for a week or more. Thanks.

1 to 2 days is the usual here. We have our own acct. with Gracenote Database so if there are problems it is easier to work things out.
