| Lives for gear | Although I am a newbie in the grand scheme of things, I find the idea of attracting any business quite patronising, I often use a free track to analyse if I am the man for the job for the client, and turn down work quite a bit if I don't think I can give the customer what he wants. If anything it works nicely in that respect as you are left as a friendly referee, as opposed to someone who took some money, couldn't provide, and never dealt with again...
