CD Text Bad Language Code in DDP master

I've just been informed by EMI that it is now mandatory to select the language code in their DDP Masters.

If you don't, Eclipse gives this error: "CD Text Bad Language Code"

I've never heard of this and wouldn't know where to set it.

I use Sequoia 10 for making my DDPs

Any ideas?

That first started happening in some plants a few months ago. Here's a thread about it: Eclipse language code error is BACK.

I'm pretty sure that there should be an update for sequoia fixing that, either making language code selectable or defaulting it to standard english. Best ask Magix, they should know about it.

With the DDP Creator you can set the language code of the CD text. Just import a DDP image, set the language and export it again.

Thanks Pieter, good to know that would be a solution.

If possible i'd like to not have to export to another app just for this simple thing though. Any Sequoia users run into this problem?
Actually i didn't have this problem yet, i just got a heads-up email from someone at EMI so thought i'd check it out.

I've dug a bit further into this and it appears that Sequoia (i'm using version 10) defaults to English as the language in the CD text settings of its DDPs, so Sequoia users shouldn't encounter this problem.

Good to know, for sure!

I'm glad I'm already using Sonoris for actually making DDP's and burning discs.
Good old Pieter!
