I'm going out as soon as the shops are open today to get one of these:

£16 Tesco hi-fi voted best on the market - Telegraph

Can't wait to hear my masters on it

For that price, I think I'll get one each for the dogs too ...

As I was in the store already (honest) I checked out the specs: 2 x 1.25 watts. As they're `hi-fi' I'm assuming single ended triodes.
