Add Gear Pro Mastering Edition to the list too - that one will also create factory ready DDP images & even upload them with it's built-in FTP module.

Wave Editor for Mac from Audiofile Engineering is cheap, can do also DDP folders. I also has the best SRC in the business, iZotope.

The user interface is clumsy, though. CD Architect is nice for PC, but no DDP output.

I actually like the Gear Pro Mastering a lot. It's a bit spendier than some other options, but the burning features like burning to multiple burners at once... KILLER. I can get more in, and that pays for itself pretty quick.

Ditto PMCD

Add PreMaster CD to the list: writes CD-Rs & DDP file sets w/ CD Text, does instant PQ and a very competent editor, freeze/render/export/whatever the heck you call it, iZotope SRC & redithering, and a couple of useful options…for Mac OS only.
