FS: Algorithmix Red, Orange & Blue

ALL SOLD!

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd let you know I have an Algorithmix Red, Orange and Blue bundle for sale in the classifieds. Looking for 50% of retail price. Please see the listing here: http://www.gearslutz.com/board/gears...ange-blue.html and be sure to PM me or post here for more info!

EDIT: I have been in touch with Algorithmix, and I'm now able to offer these separately. See the classifieds section for exact pricing info!

EDIT2: Just sold the Blue. Red & Orange still available.

EDIT3: Considering offers on the Red & Orange bundle.

I'm happy to ship worldwide.

Thanks,

Douglas.

Yeah, I think it's just bad timing - seems like these plug-ins have gone momentarily out of favour. Think I'll leave the listing there until the end of the weekend, then if it hasn't sold I'll just keep them. Never know when they might come in handy.

Even though I was not so keen on orange, the blue intrigues me greatly.
I've just checked my currency transfer rates and I actually spent MORE on getting the Red than I would have done getting this bundle from you.

Shame on me for my enthusiasm to buy at the Algorithmix special offer price

Why are you so keen to get rid of these excellent plugins? I trust this is a financial matter and not displeasure with the EQs themselves?

I'm trying to fund an upgrade to Sequoia. I use Samplitude at the moment, but have a lot of heavy editing coming up, and I feel that the advanced features offered in Sequoia would save me a lot of time and misery. I don't have any spare cash sitting around, hence the idea that I would sell the Algorithmix EQs. I love them, but I don't use them much these days (almost everything I do is direct to two-track with no EQ. I leave the EQ'ing to the ME!

Too bad you've lost money. Bad timing for both of us!

Well thankfully I'm not kicking myself too hard.
Red is a fantastic EQ and I am happy with it.

Good luck in your project.

I have an idea - and have sent you a PM.

Cheers,

Eric

Temporarily withdrawing these EQs from sale. There has been very little interest in, so I've decided to hold on to them for a couple of months. Probably I'll end up finding them very useful in a couple of months and kick myself if I sell them now for such a low price, just because there is a lull of interest.

Thanks for you input.

Douglas.

hey Cass

Yeah it paid for itself pretty quickly that plugin. I got a few more licences under my belt now so it doesn't get used on every project like it used to - but when I need multiband it's perfect. You'd have to prise it outta my cold, dead hands, motherf***er!!!

Just to let you know that these are for sale again - a slightly more realistic price now (i.e. not totally ripping myself off). See advert in classifieds section for full info and exact pricing for the individual as well as various bundle options.

To let you know, I was in touch with Algorithmix and I am pleased to be able to provide them individually - e.g. you don't have to buy the full bundle if you only want the Blue!

Sold the Blue. It was a simple process of transferring a license to the new user. Red and Orange still available.

Just to let all you EQ-slutz know - this is still for sale. Actually, I'm glad it didn't sell so quickly, as I've used it rather extensively on the last few projects!

So - come on - this is your chance to have these EQs for an amazing price.

Maybe your Red would like a little bit of complementary Orange. I can do it for a very tempting price, given that you already have a dongle for the Red... PM me!

I'm really surprised nobody has gone for this as I'm offering the EQs at a really, really low price. I'm wondering why it is taking so long to sell something second hand which has a 70% discount on the new price? This is software and it doesn't degrade--so it's as new--and the license would be transferred, so a purchaser would have complete ownership and complete support from the company.

Maybe these EQs have simply gone out of favour. I still think they are up there with the absolute top EQs, despite their age, but I simply don't use them enough and would like to fund another purchase.

Is anyone still using these with positive results?

I can only speak with my continued experience with the RED. Extremely positive results.

It's phenomenally clear and precise, gets used in almost every project I have done since I bought it. Don't regret buying it (from Algorithmix) whatsoever....

If anyone on the board is in the market for a linear phase EQ - this is about as good as you can currently buy for a DAW, and at this price it's practically unbelievable deal.

Some pretty great testimonials here....

You're probably better off keeping them anyway. I know I wouldn't want to sell mine.

Quite possibly, yes. I suppose I'm just hoping to spend the proceeds on microphones and then maybe need less EQ
