It has been tested as being more accurate than encyclopedias (no surprise really considering how many experts contribute compared to how few people work for an encyclopedia publisher) but it is a popular thing to dismiss or belittle Wikipedia.

LOL'd @ that & the EV flog.

@ on topic... yeah who cares about Wikipedia. Anyways, it saves a history of every change, so if someone even cares; it only takes 2 seconds to contest the removal.

Wild guess: it's a spoof

The doctoring of the photo is a dead giveaway even before you read the script (which is an `edited' version of the Wicki thingy).

Crap anyway.

I think the site posted was NOT put up by EV and was done as a joke by someone else. But I could be wrong.

Here are some "real" sites put up by EV in case you are into reading about him.

RECORDING - Eddie's Music World

Eddie's Music World on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Videos

https://www.isound.com/edward_vinatea_ny

and more Ad infinitum...

I find Wiki invaluable for all kinds of information. I think it's ace for bands, TV shows, films, actors, etc. on one hand, and pretty good for generic academic info, on the other. You can tell, and if you can't, well...
