What are you trying to do with it exactly? Describe your process...

i am trying to audition it, get any of their emulations in the free version to work, hear how it (nebula) sounds like compared to UAD which doesn't seem to be working. And did anybody notice that their(nebula) customer service kinda sucks?

When you say get any of the emulations to work, are you referring to the ones included ? Also, what is your system? DAW? Is the Nebula plugin itself showing up in your DAW? If so, what then are you doing to invoke a preset? (i.e. emulation)

ofcourse the emulations that are included in the free version. im on a windows PC, and REAPER. the nebula plugin opens without any problems, but then i don't know where can i find the emulations in it, and there are like 5 faders on the right side but only one of it can be adjusted but doesn't have any effect.

fito it's easier than you think! Simply click on the front window where it reads "INIT" and a menu will present itself showing you categories with each emulation preset within it. Select something and go to it.

Good to find someone who works for nebula here.

Now first of all how come i am not allowed to access your forum? i get this message whenever i try to access it:

You have been permanently banned from this board.

Please contact the Board Administrator for more information.

A ban has been issued on your IP address.

And apparently i am not the only one who faced this problem, so how on earth am i banned from accessing your forum when i have never entered your website or forum before? Freaky ironic and freaky isn't it??

Second of all i contacted your customer support asking them about this issue 3 times now without any answer about why or how to fix this!!!
The ironic thing was, on my first message to your customer support i told them i am confused between nebula and UAD, and i was contemplating whether to buy which of them, and the reply i got was i better buy them both!! Well if had the MONEY OR THE LUXURY to buy both why would i even ask you before!!!!!!!!

i gotta tell you this is not a very promising start here with nebula compared to the customer help i received from UAD.

I got that too. Theyre a bit clumsy with block-banning.
