Can some of you high end professionals post some mixes before and after mastering? I know generally how much mastering helps low end mixes, but would like to hear what it does for mixes that all ready sound fantastic before hand. ...and yes I know a mix can be damn near album ready, and that mastering makes it translate on all systems. But I'd still like to hear some examples. Anybody?

I have A LOT posted on my web page and myspace page. However, they are all pre 2009. This year I made some changes to the studio and the results are better than ever. (new speakers) When I have a free moment I'll update the samples page with clips from this year. As for pro mixes, check out Jimbo, George or Reporter.

Obviously the better the mix the better the master that we can make from it. If you can make an A mix it's highly likely we can turn that into an A+ master! Hope this helps, Bob
