Not saving full Song after mastering.

Hi does anyone know why my MP3s wont play through the whole song after mastering.

Hi Trell

I have Steinberg Mastering Edition Plugin and use Nero for proccessing though after mastering with Steinberg or Izone only 3/4 of the Wav is saved all the rest is cut out though it was there before saving.

That still doesn't give much info. What exactly are you doing during "mastering"? What kind of processing are you doing in Nero? When you bounce your wave down from the DAW do you have your locators set correctly (Steinberg DAWs will only bounce what is within the L - R locators)

No experience with those plugz but I have to wonder if, in Nero, you can set the time (length) of of a particular track. I think I remember a function like that but I haven't used Nero in years. Perhaps, when you did whatever it is you do in Nero, you accidentally set the length or fade time shorter than the original file.

Hi the Wav file gets short after i process the Compressor plugin by about 10 Seconds and yet all the marker are right where they should be.

So let me get this straight. After you render the efx to the file, your wav is shortend? Do you have to highlight/select the wav before you render the processing (I believe you have to do this in Wavelab)? If so, it could be that you're not selecting the entire file.

You really don't give a lot of details about your problem so it's hard to help you without guessing. Is english your 1st language?
