I just have to say a big thumbs up for the service at Hypex. I had a couple of the older softstart units in my 700HR's (built in the US) and when we converted them to 240 volts they started misbehaving. So I emailed Bruno, and next thing you know they sent me an email asking for my address so they could send me the latest version of the units. They arrived today - all free of charge. I can't really speak for the sound of the amps yet as I haven't given them a run at all (but now with the new modules I expect to be be up and running soon), but I can certainly say the service is truly first class. Just thought I'd share my experience The King |
