How's diskmakers mastering quality? Worth the money?

How's diskmakers in house mastering? Has anyone ever gotten stuff done there? Is it worth it? Cause I don't know any mastering houses and wouldn't know where to begin.

This thread Disc Makers or Oasis as mastering? may be interesting. It's a bit intense thogh... probably best to keep posters' interests / backgrounds in mind when reading.

If you're looking to specifically hear about experiences from people that have used discmakers for mastering before, I suspect it may be more effective to ask in a general forum rather than in the mastering forum.

I posted in that thread above.... turns out an old buddy of mine is an ME at Discmakers. He definitely does a good job, knows his shit, and knows his gear. He is also the person mentioned in the last post (#39) of that thread.

Don't know about any of the other dudes though.

That thread got nasty.........and I mean real nasty.
For the record, my clients love the work they do. They have always been honest with me concerning the mixes and any issues I had with the work was corrected pretty freakin quick.
