Massive unpassive trouble

Hi all ,
I woke up yesterday turned on the gear , went to work on the first track of the day and discovered that the 3rd band on the right channel of Massivo was dead .
Anyway , I was just wondering if anyone knows what might be the cause of this .
My Eq is only 10 months old so I was surprised to be having any difficulties with it already . It's still under warranty so I'm not that freaked out .
I guess what I'm asking is rather than send it back to sit on a bench could it be as simple as changing a tube ?

it´s not a faulty tube when only one band is dead. is it compltely dead? no cut/boost at all? at all frequencies? I´d check the 2 plugs first which connect the filterboard. maybe it´s simply a contact problem.

Hi inline,
I lifted the panel and had a look . There are 3 tubes per channel . The two middle tubes per side are 12ax7eh . Both of these don't glow . The other 4 tubes do .
I guess I could try swapping them to see if the problem occurs on the left channel .

Steffen , you just saved me a major pain in the ass .
Thank you ever so much .
It was the top one . How it came loose I'll never know as it sits in a rack and has done since day one . Maybe the evil monkey came into my room at night

Thanks again man !
