switching master clock glitching pt

i am using the hedd as my master clock as it is my main ad/da for my chain. whenever i switch the ad or da process, it throws off the word clock to the converter that is syncing to it. it is being connected via bnc cable. it does it when syncing aes as well.

any one else having this issue, and/or any thoughts on a fix?

k
