DMG to send to duplication plant

Hi There,

I've just finished mastering an album, burnt the final CD with waveburner for duplication and i would now like to (if possible) create a disk image from the final CD which i can then email to my client for him to burn on to disc and send off to the duplication plant. I'm really worried that a disk image is not in fact an exact duplicate of what's on the cd. There is also the option of a sparse DMG which i've also not come across. Is there a way of exporting a DMG file from waveburner or some other reliable way of doing this sort of transfer? I should've posted the CD off today but as is the way with these things it took much longer than i expected so i'm stuck with a web transfer to get it there for tomorrow.

Thanks in advance for any advice you may have.

Jack
