Thread Starter | Where to put my L2 in my chain
I have bought a L2 hardware unit. I think I want to use the analog inputs and outputs. But where should I put it in my chain? After the converter? Most of the time my chain is like this : Pyramix-Weiss EQ2-Manley Massive Passive-Cranesong STC8-Lynx Aurora Conv.

Why do you want to use it in analog ? With the fine equipment you already have it would be a waste to insert an unnecessary set of converters...? Please note that the L2 works all digital inside to provide look-ahead brickwall limiting. So when you use the analog in-/ouputs the signal gets converted. I doubt that those converters are up to par with your Lynx. |
