Massey DTM Plug-In - How To Register?

Hi all. Sorry if this is slightly off-topic. A while back I purchased the Massey L2007 plug-in (for mastering), and recently became aware of a bonus plug-in called DTM (Drums to Midi) for all existing customers.

When I log in to my account on Steve's site, I can see the DTM plug-in available for me to download, but there is no option to request a registration key. So when I install the plug I can't use it.

I've tried emailing Steve, but is there something I'm missing? It seems other users have noted a way to request the registration key automatically.

Any suggestions?

UPDATE: I emailed Steven Massey directly and he responded with the code.
