It is on the bus, ever, this thing can break your ears! Not a 1st-time Compressor, call it a groove distortor instead !!

I tried ... as already said , it is a kind of distortion box ... Unless you want to distort the things, it has not much use ... I was open to keeping it but found no attraction to it ...

I've only heard one 4 song project both pre and post mastering in which I am sure that this device was used. The master ended up pretty "crunchy" compared to the mix. I am under the impression that this was from driving the input of this device.
Interesting effect, but too much for me.

Might be great for some slow, slightly colored compression, as long as you keep the input in check.
