is there any other plugin then PSP NEON (linear phase mode) that makes no phase changes while EQ manipulations.? |

Yes, the Waves Masters Bundle EQ. But I myself prefer the PSP Neon HR. |

Electri-Q and ddmf LP10 come to mind. In linear phase mode you get pre-echo especially in low frequencies, which may or may not matter to you. You can see examples in fader8's page: EQ Artifacts |

I've pretty much stopped using Neon in LP mode now... pre-ring gets right on my wick  |
