eww the last thing we need...clipping digital results in harsh bitterness and destroys the signal in a not so good way on the other hand pushing analog into clipping results in heavy saturation to a point....i cant see this plug being beinfical unles you like to kill your sound

gclip's been around a while for the same purpose with more features. it's ok for 0.5 db or so.

digital clipping seems to be pretty popular on some recent releases though...

then why do you even bother replying and bumping it up to the top again with your pissing monkey?

I know that I wasn't the only one having a good laugh reading that quote about that crappy plug in, so: No, it wasn't wasteful.

If my intial post doesn't sound ironic considering some previous threads in this forum then what does...?
