seems to be nice studio addons. but what about quality ?

The text on the UPM88 sounds great, but it's a bit vague. Couldn't find any specs on it. Does anyone know how much it is?

and the only technical info is

130dB dynamic range *sounds* like a lot. For a router though, it's not a very useful figure on its own... hence full specs specifying nominal level / SNR would be more useful.

@ 100hz .00078%

Frequecy sweep 20hz-20kHz +- .1dB

Delay thru device 0.25us

Signal to Noise -130.871dBFS CCIR-RMS

inter channel xtalk (2 channels next to each other)
@ 1K -128dB

I've bought one and it's sitting on the shelf in my garage, currently. It's about a $1000 or 2. Small boutique company making niche products. It's "nearly transparent", uses analog devices high headroom switches, but the more persnickety I get the more I hate the term "nearly". So I don't use it, but anyone with a little more common sense and a little less anal than me would enjoy its flexibility as an analog patchbay.
