new cutting room in Brussels , Belgium

Hello there,

A great information for labels of the north of Europe !!!

I am very proud to announce than all the set up of angstrom mastering studio is finish .
Fred did the first recording / mastering with the new set up during the two last weeks !
And I ll probably cut the first master laquer this week !
This is the only place in brussels where you can cut a master laquer or a dubplate!
We also offer a half speed mastering cutting service !!!

More info at Ångström mastering :::::::: mastering for the alternative

and ydk.e3b.org (my personal website).

Congratulations on the room. It looks great! I'll be sure to mention it if any of my french clients need a pristine vinyl cut (we don't cut vinyl here).

How's the competition in Brussels? Is there enough to go round? This, I think, must be the 2nd mastering studio there and of course there's Galaxy not too far away.

Thanks Thomas

Thanks Robin, i don't think i can really use the word competition as the few mastering studios there are on different grounds, Galaxy is the more on the major side, while equus is very much into restauration and works very much with institutions, electric city is the most generalist.
we place ourselves into the alternative musical scene which is very active in Belgium, but we also got some good contact outside the country, when we were working in france &/or spain...

Very nice! Congrats. Maybe I could drop by one day!
Looks to have a cool vibe.
One thing. Your website is cool, but is it normal I need to scroll horizontally? On my 24" screen it is not really centered when it first loads...

yes the horizontal scroll is normal, like an edl ;-)

it'll be more clear when the site will be updated to flash, soon.

you're of course welcome for a cofee, you're the closest neighboor

Live and let live ... by providing correct information about your colleaugues/competitors.

Equus does a lot of music mastering if you care to check their website.
And there's also Benji's (Benjamin Bertozzi) mastering suite at Jet Studio in Koekelberg-Brussels.

Your disc-cutting service is probably unique in Brussels, and by the look of your website you are doing a great job!

There's another disc-cutting service in the north of Belgium called Foon Mastering.
