serious mastering skills required!!!!

hey slutz,

i dont know if someone can help at all, but i got this really distorted recording of a turkish wedding. i know that it is not possible to really fix it but i wonder if anyone ever had a problem like this and how he handled. any suggestion would help since the wedding is REALLY important in turkish culture.....!!!

Yeah, sometimes you can improve slightly but this example is fecked beyond repair no matter the skills.

iZotope RX made my jaw drop when i tried it on a distorted recording. Never thought something could make that much difference......


YOURS is pretty darn toasty, but, download the demo and try the Declipper... it will Help.

thank you so much for your time spended on this!!!!

@minister: thanks for the tip with izotpe rx, i tried it and it did kind of work, maybe enough for this case. i mean its not the new christina aguilera single, its for personal use and for that the result is pretty cool!

edit: just tryed the samplitude plugs (v10 demo) and results were better than I expected.
