Question USB "Premium" Plextor drive to do error checking w/ Plextools

Can anyone recommend an inexpensive USB "Premium" Plextor external drive to do error checking w/ Plextools?

any specific models... and maybe even where to buy them?

It would need to work with a Mac Pro, using Parallels software.

thanks

Here's some for you - all external - all support Plextools Q-check -
this company is reliable (I've bought product from them) but a bit pricy -

You can also mount an internal drive in just about any external case and it will still be recognised by Plextools.

Cheers

You want PlexTools LE and not HDD

Models to look at:

PX755 - SATA interface

PX760 - ATA interface

older PX 716 will also work.

There are others, but I can vouch for the above three from my own experience.

PlexWriter Premium2

is a link to the still being made/sold in Europe (apparently) Plextor CD-writer.

This is likely to be cheaper than the 'vintage' prices being asked for the NOS models listed above.

Best,

Graemme
