track names and mastering

I'm mastering a friends project in Pro Tools, Burning with Jam...I know this isn't ideal, but it's what I have and a favor.

Specifically, I understand about track offsets but what else do I need to know about preparing the premaster CD for the manufactuing. can I include CD title and Song titles with the tools I have??? Is there anything I'm overlooking?
