Does anyone here use these extension cords for their monitors? Like this one. If not, what is commonly used?

Thanks

Theres nothing wrong with those. If you need extension cords, use them. Don't get fooled into this ridiculous notion that you need "high end" extension cords or some other B.S.

No.

I find that the wire inductance capabilites of this cable are far insuperior to more expensive cables. Not to mention that the capitance requirements for your monitors are going to be way above what these cables can carry. Also the black insulating casing causes a lot of RF interferance, even when no RF exists!!! I find that green or purple casing works MUCH better.

I'M BEING AN ASS!!! Of course those cables are fine...

I thought we had another high end AC cable thread on our hands.

Looks like a standard extension cord like you would find at Lowe's...

those lock together if you daisy chain them...

otherwise, yes, they are like any other extension cord. if you go get a long one at a home improvement store and a couple of loose ends, you can even cut them to length and make your own. works great for iec cables in your rack, too.

just keep your colors straight.

Are you using these for power, or between the amp and monitor?
