Thread Starter | Best headphones for £40 or under?
I've offered to get my newbie pal some headphones for £40($80) or less for recording on a tascam 4-track. Which ones are the best?

sennheiser hd280s should be right around that price and are pretty awesome after you break them in

i can't find either of these headphones new for less than £65+delivery. Is there anything under £40 that's particularly good?

If low cost is the way, you can't beat the Sennheiser MD202's for the price. Sure, they're not as nice as the MDR-7506's, but they get the job done for 1/5th the price!
