AT4033 VS AT4040

I don't hear a huge difference in them. I have owned both...I would say the 4040 is a better deal because it is $100 less and sounds just as good...maybe better. The 4040 has a big 5k bump but it sounds good. I like them on acoustic guitars and sometimes vocals.
