Berhinger 3031A VS Adam A3X

Let the war begin !

seriously, i want to buy new speakers (for mix/listen), i did some research and i believe there are the best i can buy for 500$,

so, why behringer ? : a bit cheaper, very good feedback, (and stand+pads are in the set), no acoustic correction in Adam's A3X (only a tweeter gain)

why adam ? : awesome feedback, seems to sound a little better, and behringer's 3031A looks like my shit

Anyone used the two so you can give me feedback ?

thanks
(sorry for my shitty english)

Don't buy the Behringer: Because it's Behringer

Buy the Adam: Because it's Adam

The End

Buy neither of them!

Save a little more and go for a used Pair.
that way you'll be much longer satisfied with your speakers

Maybe something like Dynaudio BM5A MK1...

IMHO Buying cheap crap only steals your valuable time and Money
until you get really good mixes...
Sooner or later youll get rid of that cheap stuff and buy more
High-endish equipment.

cheers

The problem with cheap speakers is the lack of driver matching. Better to look for some used higher quality speakers.

@FilmNMusicman : mmh... that the kind of reply that don't help me, Behringer have good material sometimes (ok they make a lot of crap)

Yep, i'll look for a used pair, maybe something like Adam A5x/A7x

Is there any kind of damage that occurs over time (or with improper use) on used speakers (that i should be careful when i'll go buying them) ??

thanks
