Best Room Mic for my Situation

I'm looking to add one more mic on to my christmas list and need a decent room mic. When recording with my one band I'm going to use it in a small untreated basement with a low ceiling and use it as a room mic to add a little bit of a more live feel to our sound (pretty much to pick up a little bit of every instrument) When recording by myself I'm going to need it as a room mic for my drums in a very very high ceiling room, but once again untreated. My price range is around 200-300 dollars for a used mic. So far I've done a little bit of research and found that the CAD M179 or even an Audio Technica 4033-a would be good microphones for my situation but I wanted to bring my question to you guys. Thanks
