Best interface under $300?

I currently have an AKG Perception120 with a Blue Icicle pre-amp and am looking to upgrade. The DAW I'm running is FL Studio 10 Producer, and the OS is Windows.

The recording will only be vocals, and the genres will be Hip-hop and R&B if that makes any difference. Also, for sound treatment I have a Sterling Audio reflection filter fwiw.

EDIT: Looking at all the gear online, I was wondering...would it be more beneficial to upgrade the mic, say to an AKG Perception 420 or Blue Spark, but find an interface around $200? Or, should I just find the best interface between $3-400? Which do you guys/gals think would make the most difference?

Also, I'm planning on getting Pro Tools software as well if that makes any difference in your opinion/s.

Thanks for looking and I appreciate all input.

Apogee Duet. There's one on eBay right now for 299.

The Roland Capture series is also well reviewed, or you could go M Audio or Focusrite, but I'd rather snag a used Apogee.

I recently bought an Akai EIE Pro for about $200. Four channels. I've barely tested it and I bought it mainly for one remote gig, but so far, so good.

^Second this.

I own an Echo Audiofire4. Best purchase I've made to date. Rock solid audio drivers. Above average DA conversion.

Very clean & usable preamps, and good AD conversion.

Dare I say the best unit in it's price range?
