What would I need to have the Focusrite run into the mbox ?

An XLR female to TRS male cable I'd imagine. $8.

No, you can't just use a TRS-to-TRS cable, because the ISA-One's main output is XLR. You need this: Amazon.com: Premier Series XLR Female to 1/4inch TRS Male 16AWG Cable - Gold Plated - 10ft: Musical Instruments
