A good problem to have. Moving gear to record/mix

I have a small bedroom. I record, mix etc all in same room. I am about to track guitar with an amp. Sometimes I settle for the pod..
I have a drum kit and my gear that I need to constantly break down or cover.. Same with other gear cause it will be in the way or rattle.
What do you do about this situation when going between tracking diff instruments, mixing etc in such a tight space? Like I said a good problem to have. Now if only I did only midi ,loops but I record mainly straight audio... Guitar, drums, vox..
I get the kit tuned just right position, mics, amp. I rec as much of the same instrument possible to keep flow...then I gotta collapse everything . It's just me so it would be even tougher with a 2nd and 3rd person in such a tight space. So for those who do what I do cramped and cluttered .. What have you come up with to deal this space problem? Btw I have major back problems so it adds to the dilemma...
