MXL Genesis Vs. Shure SM7B

I've owned both these mics. I still own the SM7b, and probably always will. I've since upgraded from the genesis.

These guys are very different beasts though, so it's hard to compare. Do you feel like a condenser or a dynamic would better suit your needs?

One thing I love about the Sm7b is how forgiving it is. My room right now isn't sonically ideal, but I don't have to worry. Heck, I've recorded people singing to a track that was coming out over my monitors with no problems.
