I'm seriously considering this desk for studio use but am concerned about lack of control room outs. Presumably:
1. It's easy to shift the stereo image when moving a pair of faders for the master output (my current desk employs one stereo master fader, and C/R). Should I gaffa them together?
2. Master would be pre headphone out so no separate control over monitor volume and headphone sends
3. Master would be pre 2TRK out, also a problem for independent control over monitor volume
I'm presuming therefore I will need to run the master outs into a dedicated volume control and leave the master faders fixed. Of course a simple volume control which apparently doesn't wreck the sound costs half the mixer again.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
