Recommendations? | The Furman model with the separate mixer/amp units all connected to a central rack is pretty awesome- may be more than you need, but I found it very easy to work with in a local studio. For a simpler HP Amp, I think the Presonus models are both quite solid- simple, powerful, and reliable.

The Rane HC6 is a 1U rack-mountable 6-channel headphone amp that is built like a brick sh*thouse, is loud as hell, and can simultaneously drive six 600 ohm cans to headsplitting levels without breaking a sweat. Used ones can be often had for under $300 on eBay.
Should definitely be on your short list

I've owned the Rane HC6S (stereo version). Liked it a lot. Ended up thinning out my gear a few months back and bought an ART something or other instead. Neat little metering and EQ on each of the 6 channels that's nice for the performers - makes up a bit for not sending everyone their own mix. Sounds almost as good as the Rane did. Doesn't feel as nice, though.
Furman is on my shortlist.

Of your list, Rane. Personally, I like to get the headphone control unracked away from the console. I have a small Behringer (2x4/8) and an Art (1/4). I run the feeds from the DAC output patch panel of to the performance areas and let the talent control their own levels.
If you can find one, an Ozmix is way cool...kinda like a Mackie 1202 for headphones.
