Tascam M-312 fader problem

I just picked up a Tascam M-312 mixer. Checked all the channels (i.e. trim, eq, groups, pan, fader) and everything was fine, except channel 4.

Audio passes through and all the functions work except the fader. No matter where the fader is positioned, it doesn't affect the sound coming through.

I can only adjust the volume from the trim. And the source, which is a synth is running hotter compared to the other channels.

I opened it up and it seems everything is in tact on that channel. Any advice? I tried wiggling the knobs back and forth and so the fader.

I haven't used any type of cleaner whatsoever. No lube, cleaner, etc.

Is this an easy fix? The channel still works. I just gotta adjust the volume at the trim. Thanks.

I'm gonna keep a look out for the smaller M-308 and use it for parts. Or a small one from the 200 series. That is, if the same faders were used.

I'm gonna try swapping faders from another channel and see if that works. I was digging around online and found a photo of some faders that came stock on the M-520's.

I have the bottom faders:
