Would this passive mixer affect sound quality?

I need to join the stereo outputs of two different interfaces into one so that I can go into my Presonus HP4 monitor/headphone controller. This is the cheapest thing I could find.

ART SPLITMix4 | Sweetwater.com

It says that it doesn't "add" noise or distortion, but will it take away sound quality in any way? One of my interfaces is an EMU1212m and I'm happy with the sound quality, dont want to lose any of that.

EDIT: Would this work also?

http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/SC600/

Says "any input can be an output" so I guess I could plug both interfaces in and run the output to my HP4. Again, any affect on sound quality?

Thanks!

any circuitry stuffed into the signal path changes the sound, be it active or passive.
