HW upgrade: moving from M-Audio.

Hey guys.
Been working for a couple years now with an M-Audio Profire 610.
Beside the fact that I'm totally unsatisfied with the quality:
both preamps broke, I fixed one, now that the second's gone too, no more doubts: time to move on.
I'm just an home studio, yet I do work with productions, not only for me, first things are coming out, stuff like this...I'd almost say I do quality stuff...Or at least, that's the goal.
So I'd spend some money to make an upgrade to a better device.
I really don't need an hardware with more than 4 in.
Said that, I'm open to any kind of suggestion
thanks in advice mates!
